The Dav Did Me Again!

So I get my new SO with the AL, but before that I FAXED my NOD with a request for a DRO hearing and the correct VA form for the NOD, I had a cover letter addressed to the VARO.

So Friday I get a letter from the DAV GUESS WHAT THE DAV DID!!!!

THE DAV SO SENT IN MY DOCUMENTS AS A "RECONSIDERATION" WTF!!!!!

Attached is the letter I received from the DAV on Friday.

sounds like a game of lets see who can counter the IMO. I Guess thier doctors are the only credible ones left in the country nowadays?

Actually they gave me the SC based on my own doctors medical opinions, just that in the decision letter the VARO never mentioned Dr Sniger, just my 2 Drs. What fires me is that I get PN SC to DMII with comp, but will the VARO will not rate the PAD SC to DMII with comps. So the VARO is ordering more medical tests to see how bad the PAD is affecting me.

That's really frustrating! At least you're SC now, but why couldn't they decide how bad your condition is by the records they hold now? Hey, many of us fight through the "low ball" rating problem but this is at a whole different level. How'd you find this out?

What's going to be your effective date of the PAD rating, which seems like it's going to be different than the date of SC? The C&P exam to determine how bad it is? The original claim date? Some other date they pick out of the air?
