Hey Doc,

Welcome....Based on that evaluation they have the total social and occupational box checked which usually coincides with 100%. This was a C&P or just the doctor filling out a diagnosis form? just wanted to clarify. If it is a C&P, then you should hopefully get 100%. I'm not being debbie downer but they could ignore it and come up with their own number. I'd definitely say 70% no problem. If you are found to be less than 100%, and are not working or can't work, due to you disabilities then apply for TDIU, which will pay you at 100% rate even though you would technically be less. The major differences of TDIU vs 100% schedular rating is both will pay 100% rate, but TDIU you can't work. It isn't usually adviseable to work on both, but legally you can work if 100% schedular....I think I'm getting ahead of myself. I wish you good luck in this endeavor and would recommend getting some kind of treatment, whether it is group therapy with other vets and/or individual therapy combined or separately.

s/f

Thank you for your response. This was not a Va C&P exam. The contracted VA Doctor I was going to did not want to fill out a DBQ, but the notes were almost the same as this current DBQ. I was surprised that the examiner marked the Total box... I believe that since the original C&P exam was wrong because he didnt review any of my medical records. my attorney wanted to have another c&P exam done because of the boched up initial exam. So I am not sure how the raters will look at it.
