A lot of veterans with hearing loss also have tinnitus (ringing in the ears). If you have tinnitus, make sure you advise the examiner. I have had tinnitus for years and it can definitely cause depression and anxiety. Service connected tinnitus is automatic 10% rating.

Good luck bud, and we are here for you when you get back. I have had over 20 Exams in the last year, and going to have atleast 7 in the next few months.

M.H. appt lasted twenty minutes. Just asked me very basic questions.

It went very well and the Dr. Seemed like he really wanted to help me.

The dr. For my wrist and shoulders told me she was surprised I wasn't rated ten years ago as my exit exams in 2004 say tleaste as likely as not due to military service.

Ill check the freedom of information act in a week to see what the Drs said about me
