Password Problems

A few days ago I was locked out of ebenefits for useing the wrong password. I've tried at least 10 times to reset the password and when I hit the next button it brings me back to the same screen. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or if there's someway to have a temp password emailed to me.

Get the DBQ help desk and go through the process. I have a really weird password now because of his help.

Any time you find error with the VA is seems like they are trying to help us.

I figured it out. I had my daughters name as part of the password I guess that's not allowed. I just put random numbers and letters and everything worked.

Watch out when you are required to change passwords.

sometimes you cant put spaces either .

Yes, With the new E benefits password requirements it can only be random numbers, Random letters and special characters. No words of any type even foreign-language words are not allowed.

Something like Ke911&&&0 would work.
