This is a 2014 update to all RO Fax numbers. I think we have an older list here.

Buffalo RO Fax # has changed to 1-716-551- 3382.

I use Faxzero.com for faxes. It doesn't hold up my phone that way and I think it is faster then using my PC fax machine and it is free for most brief faxes.

Is there a way to get the regional offices phone numbers? Been trying to contact a specific person at the Cleveland regional office who had checked something out for us and cannot do so. Tried calling the 800 number and asking to be put through and they will not. Got the contact name while at the office but neglected to get phone number.

I have some contact numbers but only for the VSCMs and Directors of the ROs.

If you are trying to reach a specific person ,maybe a fax to them as Attention to ,at the director's fax number would be better.

Do you happen to have any contact information for Jackson ms RO? An actual rater called me but caller id gave a generic number. Rater stated he only needed my er visit and can make a decision. That was 3 months ago. Now claim went back to review of evidence and has been there forever.
