He has had one surgery post active duty and a recent CT Scan which confirms mucosal thickening in the ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses. In addition, he is keeping all doctor visit notes and having the doctor make sure he notes residuals (face pain, discharge/crusting, headaches, etc).
