0 toddt
You should be paid from Feb. It will be separate from the monthly pay and probably will not be Nov Just reread your post you have 2013 as the year, is this correct? 0 georgiapapa
If you have direct deposit, it should have been deposited in your account. Otherwise you should have received it in the mail. Send an IRIS inquiry requesting the status of your retro pay. Provide your filing date and decision date in your inquiry. Good luck to you. 0 Sabbath12
Yes 2013. I also had a child turn 18 in AUG2013 and become a full time student in AUG2013, I filed a claim for this on 20NOV2013, it still says CLAIM RECEIVED. I did happen to see a Twitter feed about the new rules based outcomes(or something to that effect) for this type of claim and filed a new claim on 10APR2014 and it closed the same day and started receiving the new monthly payment in May. 0 HadIt.com Elder Philip Rogers Posted September 28, 2014 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted September 28, 2014 Payment will begin to accrue beginning March 1, 2013(payment begins the first full month after the claim is received). So you should receive 6 months retro and then the regular monthly payment starting Oct 1, 2014. There should be no payment for February.pr
