georgiapapa Posted October 1, 2014 Share Posted October 1, 2014 If I was her I would send copies of the letters along with 59 cents to Jeff Miller, Chairman of the House Veterans Subcommittee. She should send a note along asking Chairman Miller to please hand deliver the payment to the new VA Director and ask him for a receipt for the payment.
