Claimed Pulled Out Of Fdc Should I File 5103 Waiver?

Question

Folks:

If my first ever disability claim was pulled out of the FDC Program and I have submitted all evidence that exists already, should I file a 5103 Waiver to move the claim forward in the process - instead of 90 days for them to look for something that they already have? Ebennifits says they are awaiting 3rd Party VA records but VBMS has them already.

Yes, otherwise it will sit there for a year doing nothing. I waited many months in FDC getting a notice that the VA was waiting for 5103 waiver to be returned. I never got the waiver from the VA. I made sworn statements that I had no more evidence. It took 14 months to get an extra 10% on my DMII.
