Question

Hello...I recently did a cmp and pft test. Then two later i got a denial letter in the mail. I looked at the evidence on her decision and and put done 6204.2 uncategorized/erroneous enlistment as evidence to deny me. When my discharge was 6203.2 convience of the government. What do I do...do i have to wait five years because a cmp examiner made a big mistake.

I see that this is the 3rd post by this user and they all say about the same thing.

Philip Rogers, you may be right about cmp, I was just guessing.

Here is a previous post by this user.

"I was diagnosed with Asthma in training...after two months and 5 days in. I was a convience of the government..which states that my performance deteriorated...for asthma. I decided to file a service connected claim. I was given a c m p and pft. 2 weeks later my claim came back as denied. because the c m p examiner claimed that my condition was pre existing...and she had no evidence to back up the claim. she reworded what I said. and omitted the pft test, and put down it never happened. what do I do?"

I misunderstood this too.

PR said "Personally, I'd file a CUE claim, requesting that the VA CUE themselves, based on the erroneous code used."

That might be a good idea but then again this veteran stated:

"When my discharge was 6203.2 convience of the government. What do I do...do i have to wait five years because a cmp examiner made a big mistake."

Burnsm00, did you file a claim for anything on the 6203.2 list above that is Not considered a disability?

We need more info.

i agree with berta. i'm not clear about the nature of his discharge and believe it may have been a reason for his claim to be denied.
