HiHadIt. I would like some input on the best way to file a claim. In your opinion is using ebenefits user friendly or is it best to just mail a claim in. I know that if mailing in a claim I should be sure to send it registered and request a return receipt to verify that it has been received by the VA.
Also, does ebenefits have a file upload limit. I have maybe 100 pages of documents to send. Would it be best if I scan all 100 sheets together to be sent to ebenefits at the same time or should I break the documents down and scan may 50 pages at a time and send it in that way.
Thanks for any response and suggestions you may have.
