I think TDIU for sure.

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

wait... we have a dom in my area at the Bath VAMC. Those PTs often but not always deal with the Buffalo VARO.

I had been dealing with Buffalo RO for the last 2 decades or more...

I think this should be an award of TDIU, but I have no faith in their ability to read at this RO.

Then again you might be dealing with a different RO.

Dont forget, regardless of where the claim is, they have to follow remands to the letter.

If they dont you can complain via IRIS.

I think you should be optimistic however because the evidence is strong there for TDIU.,in my opinion.
