puppyduks
Taking Temazepem 30mg at night for sleep. Been on it for a year. I want to come off it. Has anyone successfully tapered down and if so, can you share how you did it? Also, how did it affect your family while you were tapering? Thank you. jeffperry1134
I just tapered down slowly and it was not too bad after the first few days. During those days my wife did say I was an ass though. I am hoping to get off of the pain meds myself.

Cannabis
the cannabis plant will help with taper down. i used it to taper off methadone for pain. you can smoke or vaporize or prepare Rick Simpson oil for ingestion. the Rick Simpson oil is the king of cannabis preparations. good luck and good for you wanting to quit those poison pharmas. blessings be.
