Results In Vista Web

I have read many posts, in which is mentioned Vista Web. I recently tried to pull up the results of my C&P exam only to find that they were loaded into Vista Web. I understand that only those exams performed by VA proper will be uploaded into My HealtheVet. I was wondering if we (the veterans) can access remotely this Vista Web to see our results, or is a request for those records from the VA the only solution? I know that a similar topic was raised, but this particular question has yet to be answered from what I could find. I apologize if this question has been answered in the past.

"VistAWeb is a portal accessible through CPRS, the graphical user interface for the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture, the electronic health record used throughout the United States Department of Veterans Affairs medical system."

I believe that this is only accessible internally, and possibly by C&P contractors. (But, I could be wrong!)

If I am following what you and others have been saying so far, then the results from a contracted out C&P exam are not available online, but they have been uploaded into an internal system only accessed by the VA. Is that correct?
