0 USMC_VET Posted October 14, 2015 Share Posted October 14, 2015 you usually cant get the exam notes in myhealthevet blue button if it was a contractor doing it. Try the following.1) C-File. if you havent gotten your C-file already file a form 3288 for it. if you have hten file another form 3288 for anything in your C-File that was put in after the date you got it the last time.2) Call the contractor they had you with and request your medical records from them. they may or may not do this...3) File a Form 10-5345 "request for medical records" from the VAMC you go to. they may have it in their medical records.
