armyvet00 Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 Hello, Only been a lurker here for about a month or so and will become a active member. Thanks for the knowledge and experience so far. For my story I never had any VA benefits and it took a MSG that worked for me last year to persue me to start the process. I went with the DAV for a rep and started on June of last year (2014). This week I got the notice that I have 90 % disability. The only thing that got deferred was sleep apnea which is (pending) I guess. I am not sure of all the acronyms/ processes/ and other methods in the claims process. A few other things I still need to get annotated. Just wanted to share and give hope to those that are still waiting. Took me a year and I understand took others far longer than me. Don't give up on the process.
