Va "backlog Reduction" A Fake..internal Memo..

We Vets already knew this. The so called "backlog reduction" is "fast letter 13-10" which is a code for employees to fake the backlog and the dates. The backlog is worse, much worse than it has ever been, but politiicans are touting "backlog reduction" which is all smoke and mirrors.

It is all spin.....

for all the claims they have awarded, many in a faster pace than usual, they also have carelessly denied many more,

as I recently experienced, by failing to read our evidence, forcing many of us into the backlog again.....or in many cases, for the first time, as they are illegally denying many new claims...too, so they can say (as the Director said to me) 'your CUE CVA claim is done ,your claim is over......' BS to that...she forgot I had filed a timely NOD......and then she changed her tune...

It's gonna be hard to change a system like this. It's been working for them this long and is not stopping anytime soon. VA is run like a business trying to turn a profit. It's inexcusable the process that we are put through. What real solutions can change years and years of abuse. IJS
