Question

I'm filing a claim for IU on e-bennies along with a new issue, incontinance,I'm filing also. If VA will look at all my disabilities for increase, why do I have to check the one or ones I think make me unemployable.

I think they all combined contribute.. Just seems like a trick question..

Thanks

My very first thought before posting was put every one, because they all add up. I just had an appointment with neurology last month. She said no improvement bla, bla.. So I'll prolly check 90% of them..Thanks for the help

IMHO, it would be in your advantage if you can get your neurologist to state that you are unemployable in your medical treatment/progress reports. Doctors do not like writing letters/statements but I found out that they will write a statement in a veterans progress report about the veterans medical status and employability. All you can do is ask and if she/he is willing you have that already in your VA records. One of my VA specialist wrote me a great statement in my progress report about my fibromyalgia which got me granted a 100% schedular rating.

Hope this helps

I will definatly be more specific in my consultation with Dr.s from here out. I guess I'm naive/ignorant thinking if they tell me somthing to my face, that they are going to enter it in my notes
