0 dadsright
Howdy All,I have but one claim open addressing why benefit payments have been withheld. I waived 100% of my military retirement effective 2007. Since then I have had several benefit increases and each time partial payments have been withheld to prevent duplicate payments. No amount of inquiries gets an acceptable answer to the problem. This one claim was filed in Oct 2013, was immediately placed in "Pending Decision Approval" where it has languished now for 22 Months. Their most recent response was not very encouraging - "We see where the payments were stopped, but nothing in the system tells us why". Back to the original question - how long in this status, wish I had the answer. :-)
