Finally, they "did it".  How?  As pointed out, there are now, in most states, more Veterans claims in appeals than there are in "claims".  

Perhaps the fastest way is to redefine the term "backlog".  Some VA executives just made bonus by doing just that:

I think that they should combine VA Disability with Social Security and fire all the VA bosses.

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

I agree with Pete, but that would make too much sense. Unfortunately, that's the way government works nowadays...
