0 TexasMarine
It would seem that the doctors are blaming something else for your TBI.
0 Moderator broncovet Posted December 1, 2015 Moderator Share Posted December 1, 2015 It does not look good, but you should read the whole exam and see if it has the magic words: Veterans TBI is at least as likely as not due to xx event in military service.Did you have "another" incident that possibly caused TBI, such as a car wreck? You need to wait for the decision, but you will likely have to appeal, and challenge this exam. Ask to see his/her credentials. Go over the exam with a fine tooth comb. Are they experienced in TBI? Are they an MD? Phd? Nurses Aid, Boy scout leader? What about your other docs? Surely you dont just have one. What did their exams say?
0 Reddit
Here are the results form the physiologists I see at the VA. When I had my C&P exam for depression the examiner told me to put in for TBI, because I had been diagnosed with a post concussion at one of the previous C&P.well, I filed conginitive.docx
