0 Reddit
update??? ok, I saw a copy of the addendum, and I think a different type of C&P, but anyway it was a form fill out by the provider1. the medical doctor that I actually seen. Its look like she said that it was least as likely as not(50/50), then when they ask for some clarity the PA(which I never say) said that it was from another etiology and said it could be from the migraines, the sinus, the anemia or sleep apnea. I am service connect for all these things except sleep apnea. so should I be still compensated for this.
0 rootbeer22
Reddit: No.. not yet, but I'm hopeful it will finally be resolved soon? But my headaches issues were covered in my service medical records and cited during my retirement physical...the problem is that my headaches were treated along with the rest of my pain issues to deal with my pain and I see a very prominent pain specialist for "all" of my pain which includes headaches has all been combined together..... However, during the contractor Headache C&P Exam last week,. the doctor said that he believed that I had Post Concussion Syndrome with Cluster Headaches and I think he reported that? But, I have not seen the final report yet and that's probably going to take a few months to get the final report. That's the problem with contractor CPs because the vet can't see the reports unless they are done by a VA doctor or there is a FOIA and that takes forever and ever to get them. I have a FOIA request that has been in for over 6 months and I'm still waiting for action. Take Care and Godspeed.. Rootbeer22

I didnt see the October 28, 2015 Addendum used as evidence, but then again, it was signed by a PA, not anyone with a TBI/Neuro specialty. Worse than that I googled him and found this: http:/

I noticed there is a Dec 1 receipt date on the Addendum so maybe they didnt have that when they made the decision. This link involves a different state but what happens at one VA can easily happe

I have found nothing on Google that suggests this doctor is even remotely qualified to opine on a TBI claim: http://doctor.webmd.com/doctor/tiquella-shantel-king-whitby-md-110fa3fd-6f6c-4a4
