RE-EVALUATION on my service connection

I am waiting to hear from the VA what my rating is...I have already had my C and P....Question: In your opinion, does INC mean "INCREASE"?    I am rated at 50% for this disability and I assumed they were trying to lower it on me but my records show I have gotten MUCH worse over the last two years even being hospitalized for Panic disorder with tremors.  Reading the papers on my disorder, I should be upped to 70 or even 100.  Thus, why I am asking if this INC means increase....thanks, Gary

Yes, you applied for a re-evaluation and increase.  If it was a secondary condition the action would be SEC.

Green, I did not apply to have a re-eval...the VA ordered me in for this C and P
