I first had a NOD filed Dec 14, which was certified to the board Dec. 29 then it was rocketed and was then administrative Case Processing BVA in Jan. I then had a motion to advance granted in Feb. It didn't move until April where it then was with a VLJ at the board. I know some sort of end is coming and whether I still have to continue on and win at the Cavc or just maybe the BVA judge will have all the evidence he needs. I have taken ever piece of advice and used it from this site and all my fellow vets thank you. I was wondering I thought there was a step in between where it goes to a VSO? One day it was admin the next day with a VLJ.

So apparently even though it said it was with a VLJ on the 5th it wasn't really. It was awaiting with the VLJ boss to be assigned. Now today it has been assigned 7th.
