I applied for an increase for my shoulder which I had to have shoulder surgery due to a tear, I was at a 10% rating. On ebenefits under Disability, this is what I saw

right shoulder tendonitis (dominant)

100%

Service Connected

01/13/2016

My AB8 verification letter states the following

Net Amount Paid	$3,068.90
Effective Date	April 1, 2016
Combined Evaluation	100 percent

My questions is, Will I get retro pay for Feb and March?

If you already have direct deposit setup with the VA for other disabilities, then check your bank account. It is not unusual for payments to be deposited electronically up to a few days before the letter arrives in your mailbox.
