2 Seconary Claims for 1 S/C? Can you?

Both of my knees have patellfemoral syndrome. Can I file two secondary claims such as Osteoarthritis and Chronic Pain? If so do I file under both knees?

Right Knee – Patellofemoral Syndrome 10% 

Left Knee - Patellofemoral Syndrome 10%

But of course.  Think about, say Diabetes.  If you are service connected for diabetes, it can/does cause all kinds of other problems such as Diabetec Peripheral Nueropathy, and often even results in the loss of a limb.  One person said you can always tell diabetics in a nursing home:  Many of them have had amputations of one or both feet.
