When it goes to Completed you can sometimes look on Ebenefits and print your benefit letter and it should show the new percentage. The Earth is degenerating these days. I reviewed the letter on ebenefits and it says effective day 7/1/16 but my claim was put in on 5/7/16 will they pay the past months or only effective date.
