Question
jfrei
I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder with anxiety distress in 2014. At that time my TBI wasn't mentioned on my file. I have won my appeal for service connection at 70% for my TBI. Now I am going to a new exam for my MH I reopen my old claim for ptsd that they called major depressive. Will my TBI effect my old diagnosis and be service connected now?
