This year. I have been getting treatment from inpatient VA psychiatric centers fairly close to my home so I was able to get a ride for the eight week treatment.
On November 6th, the VA us sending me to a more specialized facility, from California to Roanoke Virginia for a seven week MST program.
I am extremely nervous and apprehensive about being on crowded airplanes from morning until night.
When the travel department ordered the plane tickets, they said that I would not be able to select seats. Something like..they don't do that anymore and I will get a seat when I get my boarding pass.
Has anyone ever called the airline well in advance of the flight date and asked for Aisle seating near an exit?
I hope this does not sound ridiculous, but I am six weeks out and covered with perspiration as I type this.
Thank You
