sirc1
Good evening all. I can't seem to find a convincing answer on the topic. I receive my rating a few months ago and strongly disagree with some of the decisions. I was on Ebenifits and it appears that i could appeal the process on the site. However, i'm not sure if this is the same process as filing an NOD. Can someone please help clarify the difference..... Thank you Gastone
0 sirc1
Good afternoon all, Please see attached documents. This is the portion of Ebenefits where you could take "ACTIONS" on existing claims. Is this the same as taking the NOD route? This looks to be an easy way to appeal but i'm not sure if this would be a recommended route....? Anyone got experience with appealing using this process? Thank you and any help is appreciated. Also, i believe my VSO just quite, i haven't been able to reach him in the last 2 months. Any recommended VSO from the MD area (Montgomery county) Edited May 3, 2017 by sirc1
