Question

According to my counselors notes on Myhealthevet, I have a  ICD-10 score of F33.0 Major Depressive Disorder. Is this proof for compensation or do I need more proof from other sources? I'm trying to put a claim together (again). Any type of info will help. Thanks.

For initial SC, you need the Caluza requirements:

1. Event/injury in service
2. Current diagnosis
3. Doc connecting 1 and 2 together

By assigning the ICD code, it shows you met #2: current diagnosis.

I'm going to relate it to my degenerative spondylosis which is service connected 40%. I'm also adding chronic pain syndrome to that, so all 3 should be related (in my book). Thanks.
