Question

Now that the VA is officially recognizing CPTSD, or complex-PTSD, does anybody have any understanding or knowledge regarding this? And if so, How do we get our therapists to assess us for cptsd?

Thank you for reading this. Info regarding CPTSD can be found here;

Excellent advice @broncovet

I participate in YOGA at the VA & a Moral Injury group along with Tai Chi and exercise.

The MOVE program is free to get anyone eating a healthy diet/ weight loss at the VA ( this works well with YOGA- Tai Chi)

Check out non-profits in your area for FREE  classes for Veterans - in my area there are 103!

Offering FREE  outings/ Massage  - Meditation - Yoga ( of course not VA connected) This is a valuable source for socialization and camaraderie too. If anyone needs help finding this info - can msg me -
