VA Closes Out My FOIA Request

Rate this question

63Charlie

Question

Submitted a FOIA/Privacy Act Request around about the middle of December requesting a copy of the C&P exams performed just prior by QTC.

Just found out they closed out my request today.

Have no clue as to why.

I'm not expecting a copy in the mail as those claims are not decided yet.

I cannot think of a single good reason why copies of C&P exam details are not placed in your other VA health records. These should be accessible to us veterans via Blue Button. Due to the amount of detail that is supposed to be put into the results, it only makes sense for your VA providers reference it.
