Please stay in your original post about your question on A&A Benefits

According to your post above if you recieve SMC K & S your already getting House bound benefits.& Loss of use of a body organ.

For A&A ,Again you will need this

The Aid & Attendance pension is available to honorably discharged wartime veterans with 90 days of active duty, and their surviving spouses. In order to qualify for A&A, your physician needs to establish that you require daily assistance with tasks such as dressing, undressing, bathing, cooking, eating and other necessary  daily living activities that you can't do for yourself. 

Having  SMC S & K don't qualify you for A&A

You need to meet the A&A Criteria Qualifications stated above.

Or go to the VA Website VA.GOV  & Click on A&A Criteria/'Eligibility.
