I'm new to the forum wanted to know if you were previously approved for a financial hardship in the Legacy appeals process and you opt in for the Ramp appeals would the financial hardship apply? Any information would be helpful!

simple answer is yes. any hardship if shown with proof and continues to be same will follow your claim.

This sounds like you have already been to the BVA at least once.  An "advance on the docket" is awarded in cases of financial hardship, but not so much any more.  You see, pretty much every Vet applying for benefits needs money.  

Nowadays, you have to demonstrate that you are homeless, terminally ill, or over age 85, and they "assume" you dont have much time left.  

I agree with Paul Colorain.  However, just because you were awarded an "advance on the docket" 10 years ago, does not quite guarantee you will likewise get an advance on a new bva appeal.  

According to VA "all" RAMP participants are priotized at the BVA.  I dont think you will be priortized over other RAMP participants.  Ramp decisions are getting out in 2 to 4 months.  There is much pressure on VA to do so..this was an act of congress, because congress critters were upset about Vets waiting sometimes decades or more for their appeals.

I filed my original claim Feb 1 2013 each time I was denied I filed my Nod's within 2 weeks of receiving the denials. My appeals has been closed twice in error by the va. Basically I have not been to the bva nor has my claimed been certified. However knowing that it will be between 2 or 4 months gives me hope. Thank you I appreciate your response it feels good to know I'm not alone in this process.
