ED Claim, Not Decision Yet

Question

Challenging the C&P examiners opinion that is is less likely as not related to my service connected anxiety/depression.

I am petitioning the VA for a new C&P exam based upon an insufficient exam.(M21 Guideline Violations)

The medical opinion was based on the examiners rationale states the records show that the erectile dysfunction occurred prior to my treatment/diagnosis for anxiety and depression.

I submitted a copy of my service treatment records disputing the rationale of the examiner.

The service treatment records directly contradict the examiner's rationale in that the STRs document that I received medical treatment for complaints of depression many years before erectile dysfunction was diagnosed.

Waiting to see what the VA will do with my challenges to the bad exam.

This is going to hurt you  if this examiner has these records?

''The medical opinion was based on the examiners rationale states the records show that the erectile dysfunction occurred prior to my treatment/diagnosis for anxiety and depression.''

You may need to see a private Urologist specialist  to state  in his opinion that the medications you take (name them) for your S.C. anxiety depression &  is likely as not related to your E.D.  This specialist needs to read your medical records and examine you to give his medical opinion   hopefully in your favor..

However if they have medical records stating that or shows you had ED to occur PRIOR  to your treatment for anxiety/ depression, it will be hard for any qualified Dr to dispute that.
