mcsanty Posted August 18, 2018 Share Posted August 18, 2018 Hello vets I haven 100% P&T for my back and hips affective date November 2017, I had submitted a NOD back in 2015 for anxiety , a Decision was granted march 26, 2018 , after 140 days waiting for the DRO letter , I just find out it’s in route on the mail they awarded me 100% with a surprise that I was not expecting they gave me SMC $342 more on my check. It is the initial avenue of attack. I bet your NOD was prepared superbly-and that you attacked with factual evidence anything that was wrong with the denial. On ebenefits It shows the 100% Effective date ,November 2015 Back in those days my reading was 60% now the backpay will be the difference from 60 %to 100 % what about the SMC that gets added to the backpay ?
