Confused SMC application

Question

My doctor put I can prepare my meals, and listed that only if the mealsare cold,as I can’t be trusted to turn the oven off or the stove tops off which his true. But is that a way to live life to eat cold meals for my whole life luckily my wife takes care of this issue but how would this be a yes for being able to prepare my own meals when I can’t prepare all my meals? And then says yes I need medication management because my ADHD and TBI

This is a "judgement call" to be made by a rating specialist.   If you dispute his call, you can file a notice of disagreement.  Remember, you dont have to meet "all" of the criteria for A and A.   For example, if your doctor declares you "permanetly bedridden" then you need not meet the other criteria.

I just know how the VA judgement calls have gone in the past had to be corrected by the BVA soo I guess I will hope and wait...
