My incontinence is get worse, apply for increse on comp

I had Prostate removed Oct. 2012, salvage radiation because of rising PSA  in March 2014.

My rating now is 40% for based on wearing absorbent materials which must be changed two to four times a day.

My incontinence has gotten worse for the last couple of years so now I am thinking of asking for an increase in my compensation.

About a year ago my Urologist said the wasn't any thing he could do for me, but artificial spinster. I didn't want to go hat route. 

Any tips on getting this done.

In general, find your condition in the criteria, compare your current symptoms to the criteria to see if you meet the higher criteria.  You may find it here:

You "may" also be eligible for SMC, such as SMC K, if you have "loss of use" of a reproductive organ.  Of course, I have no idea what your symptoms are.

My "guess" is, based on your post, you are eligible for an increase.  My suggestion is check the criteria and apply.
