Is there anywhere I could find my audiogram report on ebenefits? I can't find it in any of my health reports. Thanks

If you have looked around there, probably no.  Instead, go to your Vamc release of information and ask them for a copy.  At my VAMC, they hand that to you in a few minutes.  (If you want a copy of your entire med history, they tell you they will mail it to you in a few days).  That makes sense..dont tie up the copier on a 14,000 page file and make everyone else wait..instead, tell the 14000 pager that they will have to wait and run the 4-20 pages out right now.

You can create an account if you do not have one already , from there you will be able to identify the dates of medical treatment and search for the audio report... it will not be the actual test but a medical report of what the examiner found, and the level of your hearing will be completely included in the narrative....

I have the healthy vet account and get all my notes but none of them have all the levels to use the hearing loss calculator. I'll go to the VA and request that thank you.
