It depends on how busy your R.O. Is

  Usually I'd say about 6 months to a year or longer   with the backog as long as it is  its a first come first serve bases.

Back in 2002 I had  a DRO Hearing and it took about 60 days to get the appointment from the DRO.. But now the wait is much longer with all the veterans coming back from the  Gulf War's  ect,,,ect,,,

And Again it just depends on how busy your R.O. Is.  (jmo)

However I think now as back log the VA is they may ''farm'' out your claim to the  any RO...DRO that can hear your case.
