Ranger25
I recently had my student loans discharged also, but with NOT having to wait the 3 year monitoring period like those getting SSA or Physician’s Certification discharge before taking out new loans, does that mean a veteran could in theory just get new loans? It seems strange that no limitations seem to have been placed from what I can see on the official https://www.disabilitydischarge.com/tpd-101 website. I would imagine that if one did do so, that they would not be able to get another discharge for the new loans, but nothing says otherwise. This is mainly to help other veterans who I know are thinking about attempting to take new loans after a discharge, so any proof that shows it is a bad idea would be appreciated
