On my initial claim I had four deferred conditions. I could see the rater sent them out for a medical opinion from the C &P doctor I initially saw. He gave an opinion three conditions (based on original c p and med file I guess) but on the fourth said he could not give an opinion and the rater would have to order a new C &p exam. Does this mean I will have to have an exam with a contracted doctor? Or could they get a medical opinion from a different doctor without seeing me?
