It will take time for the regulations to be prepared but now is the time for any Blue Water Navy veteran to check their ship's position in the co or dinates I posted here-that are found at the top of their deck logs,with th dates in that post.

If those co ordinates change I will post that info here as well but I do not expect a change in that.

And, if Nehmer Footnote One kicks in, they will need to access any past VA denial for any AO presumptive, that appears as NSC, with a rating ,on the past decisions.

If a AO should have been coded on a rating sheet but wasn't, I can help them prove (Hopefully) that it "should have been coded".

I was a" Should have been coded "Nehmer  class action member.I dont know if there are any other "should have been coded" Nehmer people here.
