Are you service connected for PTSD? If so, then you need an IMO (Independent Medical Opinion) stating "at least as likely as not" that your current migraines is caused and/or aggravated by your PTSD. If you can get this medical opinion from a "Neurologist" or "Headache Specialist" then it will have substantial weight and credibility for your claim.

I am in the same situation. I do have PTSD and I claimed Migraines as secondary. LightofSolitude is right. I do have a lawyer on my side. My PTSD is combined with anxiety, depression and dysomnia. PTDS does not cause migraines. What I was told to do is file migraines secondary to PTSD and other service connected conditions. I have a rating for insomnia. What triggers migraines. Not enough sleep. I also have other disabilities that causes pain which affects my sleep and triggers my migraines. Thats why I think you should state " Migraine Secondary to PTSD and other service connected disabilities.
