My first C&P exam in the 1990's included a general medical plus ortho and a couple of others. Keep in mind that the info on the appointment letter is not always 100% accurate. The last two exams I went to had the wrong doc listed. My brother-in-law was supposed to go for one kind of exam, but it ended up being a completely different kind.
