All of them I need them to file secondary to PTSD They have this # Beside my diagnoses on Myhealthevet (SCT) 73430006 and this maybe what I need? Systemized Nomenclature of Medicine - Clinical Terms (SNOMED-CT) tie to medical terms used with electronic health records. I am not 100% certain, but I think some providers call them SCT for short.
