It might. At minimum, it should be sufficient to warrant having the VA to do an x-ray or CT scan as part of treatment or a C&P exam. That's what they did to verify mine was deviated. The scans also can help to identify any blockages, sinusitis, or other sinus-related maladies.

That just might work.  You need only document an in service event, not a medical diagnosis or nexus.  Those can come later.  A picture of yourslelf with a broken nose especially with your uniform on in military background, may suffice to document in service event for "element 2" of the Caluza elements.  

I used a "map" documenting that the military barracks where I was stationed was just maybe 100 yards from major  airport.  I used that map to document that I was in "close proximity" to aircraft/jet engine noise on a repeated bases.
