Cavman
I have sent in cases of precedence (cases just like mine that have been won) with my new claims and appeal. I spent many hours locating and reading these. Is that a waste of time with the VA? I know in a civilian court of law they can win a case. HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted January 31, 2007 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted January 31, 2007 I used BVA Cases granted to Veterans in my circumstances edited them to fit my own situation and cited the BVA cites for laws and reason to grant. It worked. Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.
