Tdiu and a c and p exam

I just got rated at 70% for bipolar in Feb 2020. My bipolar is the only service connected I have. I now am applying for tdiu. Will i need another c and p exam?

Search for "M21-1 tdiu". Read through that. Does any doctor say you can't work at anything?

Yes on my failed fitness for duty test. Also on my termination letter and on my doctors letter. But I don't have the voc rehab letter yet. I am working on that.

Did your last C & P examiner gives his opinion on your unemployability?  Yes, it is possible that VA may schedule you for a new C & P exam but then again,  if your last C & P examiner opinioned that you are not able to work then VA can process your TDIU claim without a new C & P exam.
